Regarding the current preparations for Haj Season (2019– 1440) the below instructions and procedures are to be followed during this season. They will be effective for all flights starting from Egypt (Cairo and all domestic airports) to Jeddah during the period from 01 Dhi Elqueda 1440/ 4 JULY 19  to  04 Dhi Elhejja 1440/ 5AUG19 and the flights starting from Jeddah to Egypt during the period from 15  Dhi Elhejja 1440 /17AUG19 to  15 Muharram 1440 / 14 SEP2019

 -- Passengers holding Haj Visa will be accepted on Hajj Flights only (according to the schedule which will be sent after obtaining approvals from the authorities))

-Passengers holding Haj Visa are strictly prohibited on non-Hajj Flights..

- Passengers holding Haj Visa are strictly prohibited to book any flight heading to (/ Yanbu / Riyadh).
- -Jeddah Airport shall be closed to the holders of the Hajj visas as of the end 04 Dhi Elhejja 1440/ 5AUG19

-All issued tickets to Jeddah must be confirmed both ways according to instructions which regulate Hajj season.

-All Hajj tickets issued to a travel route (Jeddah) must be confirmed in return and not in be against the regulations governing the Hajj season..

- It strictly prohibited to book any passenger holding Visit Visa ( all types ) on all Jeddah headed flights from 10 Dhi Elqueda 1440/ 13 July 19 to 10 Dhi Elhejja 1440 /12 AUG19according to Saudi authorities’ instructions. In case the visit visa holders are granted during the mentioned period to enter through Hajj airports for businessmen media professionals doctors experts or diplomats the Ministries of Interior Hajj and Umrah shall be notified of their arrival in sufficient time to ensure the proper functioning of the work.- Completely prohibited booking and acceptance for Passengers holding (commercial Visa / Business Visa).

- Passengers holding seasonal work visa are accepted on all Jeddah / Yanbu headed flights until 30 Dhi Elqueda 1440/2 AUG19 and they are not accepted afterwards according to  Saudi authorities’ instructions.

-All travel agents and sales offices in and outside Egypt must follow the instructions of the Saudi civil aviation authorities when booking the return phase from Jeddah to passengers with Haj Visa which  state that the first return flight must be on 15 Dhi Elhejja 1440/ 27 AUG 19 at 08:00 Saudi local time.

Any bookings prior that date will be cancelled without any notification.
